After payment is verified, we will try our best to pack your order ASAP and send out the next day (if payment received before 6pm). However, when we are experiencing high volume of orders, we might take up to 3 working days before dispatching your order.     Singpost (Normal Mail)

    Shipping cost:  $1.50

    Singpost usually delivers within 2 working days* upon receival, occasionally might take longer. It is non-trackable and without insurance coverage, please note that there might be 1% chances of lost mail. 

    As they do not collect mails on weekends, the earliest post out date for weekend orders will be on next coming Monday.

     *Delivery only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

    SmartPac

    SmartPac is trackable (without insurance coverage) and delivers within 2-4 working days* upon receival. Postman will first attempt delivery to doorstep, if door is not answered , As to minimize contact, your parcel will be placed inside your mailbox. Please make sure your mailbox has sufficient space to receive your parcel, or it will be directed to a Post Office for collection. 

    As they do not collect mails on weekends, the earliest post out date for weekend orders will be on next coming Monday.

     *Delivery only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, excluding Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays.

    Ninja Pack - small items only

    Shipping cost:  $4

    Ninja Pack is trackable @ https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking and delivers within 1-3 working days* upon receival. 

    In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the Recipient at the designated address, the Recipient will receive an email notice in relation to the failed delivery attempts. Ninja shall perform a 2nd and 3rd attempt to deliver said parcel. Pursuant to the 3rd failed attempt, Ninja will return your parcel to us. (You may do a self-collection or make payment to us to make delivery again at its full cost.)

    Qxpress-Next day* Delivery

    Shipping cost:  $5

    - Delivers within 1-2 working days* upon receival. 

    - 3 consecutive attempts for over 3 working days.
    -  Restricted Areas such as: 1.Changi Airport / 2.Alps Ave / 3.Sentosa / 4.Jurong Island
    - Compensation is capped at $300 for any lost or damaged parcel where the liability is due to Qxpress.

     *Pick up & delivery is not available Public Holiday and Sunday.

    DHL ECommerce 

    DHL Ecommerce is an economical way to ship your parcels to their destination.

    It arranges for your parcel to be delivered to the destination country via DHLs logistics network and final mile delivery is done by the local postal service in the destination country.

    Recipients will need to contact the local postal service to inquire about their shipments. To do so, they need a specific reference-code or tracking# which is recognized by the local post.

    We take very serious care to ensure the packing and seal of the products to minimize breakage. However, Crystal Tales do not hold responsibilities for sold products that are lost during mail or any delivery issues.

    Buyers are required to check with the relevant post and delivery services to resolve the issue. Therefore, we encourage buyers to opt for trackable services such as Ninjavan pack, Qxpress-Next Day Delivery, SmartPac, Speedpost or POPStation.
