Shipping policy

After payment is verified, we will try our best to handpick and cleansing your order ASAP and send out the next day (if payment received before 6pm). However, if we are experiencing high volume of orders, we might take up to 3 working days before dispatching your order. (Learn more about How we pick your order?)

We take very serious care to ensure the packing of the products to minimize breakage. However, Crystal Tales do not hold responsibilities for sold products that are lost during mail or any delivery issues. (So far we only experienced less than 1% of lost mail for Singpost normal mail and none for the other options.)

Buyers are required to check with the relevant post and delivery services to resolve the issue. Therefore, we encourage buyers to opt for trackable services such as SmartPac, Ninjavan Pack or Qxpress-Next Day Delivery
